PROBLEMS with BT?
The last time i wrote about BT internet was about 5 years ago and i can tell you that not much has changed, i was on the old copper broadband from BT and have recently upgraded to fiber to the premisis, well , i ordered the BT fiber in December 2017 and have only just had it up and running a month ago, yep, the beginning of April 2018, thats how long its taken BT to sort out everything which is a big big JOKE! I know i am not the only person to have problems with BT, i spent hours on the phone speaking to different people which they do not communicate with each other, every time you phone you have to repeate what you said about 10 phone calls ago, you have to wait in a que for a long time when you phone them, and when you finally get through you are told that you have to speak to another department and then you have to F****NG Que again, they make appointments for engineers to come out to deal with your problem and they book a time and date that does NOT exist! Because they dont turn UP! In the years i have been with BT, so much has happened and gone wrong, things need to change, 4 months i have waited for the fiber to be up and running, had speed issues since its started, im on 200mb fiber speed and have random speed results, the speed tests vary from 15mb to 330mb, i dont know how it goes up to 330mb because i am only on 200mb, but most of the time i get between 40mb and 90mb, which is less than half what i should be getting, i am still in the process of trying to get them to resolve the issue, so maybee if you come back here in another 5 years, Just maybee the issues will be resolved,
Just be aware that if your thinking of going with bt, it Can be a VERY Bumpy RIDE!
